Help Make My Film Production Journal Entry - November 16, 2006

Well, I’ve been stuck in the what seems to be a nightmare after helping out at my guitarist’s condo. Starting with the lunatic who has been stalking me since March of this year. I actually had to get a restraining order against this guy. Then after the restraining order was issued, he had his friend stalk me. Oh, it’s gotten bad. His friend even called then sent a letter to the president of the condominium where I live. But if that’s not bad enough, he made up some document claiming that I was a whore and trying to tie this website into it.

What a nightmare! Talk about “Land of Confusion”! How crazy have these past 8 months become. I’m just an artist trying to survive and create!

But on the good news tip, I am getting back to work on making this movie. Now this is where we are: I was able to save up enough money which I’m sure most of you aware of that I ended my fundraising efforts and decided on taking the digital approach to making this film. I bought all of the camera and video equipment to make this thing happen. So I began focusing on the music.

Now my songwriting partner/guitarist has been absorbed in the condo nightmare as well because he was talked into getting on the board by the man who is stalking me. Add to that both of his 80 year-old parents have been sick and it has just been a slow process to get the original music happening with this project. However, there are some songs that we’ve written together and hopefully soon we’ll be recording in a home studio. He’s a very talented songwriter, so we’ll have more to work from as soon as the condo elections happen and he can get some help from the other people on the board of directors.

Yikes! What a major headache! Whatever happened to just living in peace? Well, if you’re ever thinking about buying a home, do not buy into a condo or homeowner’s association. Life has never been the same since I’ve been involved!  Just to think, I started out helping as a volunteer “for free” only to find out the people stalking me are part of some scam where they move from place to place looking for lawsuits. It’s a movie all on its own.

So that’s my journal for today. I need an escape from the insanity these people are causing me, so I think I’ll be updating a lot more often. At least this will give me an outlet to vent.

We have a tight band and play a lot of classic rock/R&B/Blues, even a little disco from time to time. Shortly, our originals will be worked in too.

Funny, I thought this Mo guy was married. Oh but wait, I guess it depends on what name he is using today (from what I've uncovered, the guy allegedly uses something like 13 aliases).
