Help Make My Film Production Journal Entry - June 28, 2003

 Well, it's taken me three months to get this website up and running but  it's finally done. I've never created a website from scratch and boy was  this a long process. Between linking pages and writing all the content,  it just seemed like it was going to take forever to finish it. I still  have a couple of pages that are under construction, but at least it's up.  Boy, sixty-one pages is a lot of work. Funny, this is probably the easiest  part of this journey. Now I have to start making phone calls to local companies  to see if they're willing to help my cause. At this point it's all about  getting anyone willing to help involved. I don't expect it to be easy but  hey, didn't someone once say anything worth having is never easy to get.  Well with what I've been through in the past to get this movie made, that statement couldn't be more accurate. The scam artists, people making promises and offers they couldn't back up. There are so many people out there who  are trying to take advantage of artists, it's just so frustrating. But  onwards and upwards, it's all part of the learning process, right?

 Today, I started rewriting the script. I feel like there are a couple of  holes in the story and have figured out where they are, so that's going  to be my focus for the next few weeks. That and getting the ball rolling  with raising money for this project.
