Help Make My Film Production Journal Entry - October 2, 2003
I spent the last few days sending my press release to as many newspapers and magazines that I could find on-line. I still have others that I will fax late tonight and/or mail tomorrow. I'm trying to contact as many newspapers and periodicals as possible because I'm hoping at least a few will find the story interesting enough to cover.
The script is finished, the polishing almost complete and next come the storyboards. I set up my drawing space today but haven't gotten the images on paper yet. I think I need a short break. I've been working on writing lyrics for music in the film and trying to keep up with the progress on the first stunt's costume. The fabric was cut for the parasail Tuesday night and Keith at Costumes Etc explained how the whole thing will be attached. I didn't have anything to photograph yet but should shortly.
I started writing lyrics to music for my band. I'm not sure if they're for the film yet, I have to get the guys to play it "live" first to see what we have. I refuse to have music in this film that's lame. The beats I'm starting off with are really deep, sexually charged tones and I'm so excited about where they're going. There's still a lot (A LOT) of work to do but, I'm moving along one step at a time.
