Help Make My Film Production Journal Entry - February 3, 2004

Time flies by when you're having fun. I have spent the past couple of weeks  writing music with my new guitarist Gio and finding a warehouse for the band  to practice in. I found an awesome space that will also double as a film  location where we can build sets if I need small spaces that would be too  time consuming to use. I'll take some snapshots soon and put them on the  website.

 The music is quickly shaping up and sounds great. It may be a couple of  months until we can begin recording a demo. I'll also be putting some clips  on the website for people to check as well as include a site for the band.

 Now that I've jumped some of the hurdles to getting the music going, my  mind is free to get back to working on some of the stunts that I have put  aside to get that aspect of the film moving along. It's amazing how much  energy is going into building the foundation for the film to be made. It  seems like it should just take a few days to get one thing going but then  it takes you a few weeks. It's frustrating but I have to keep pushing forward  until I can get each task finished.

 Well, I'm going to meet the guitarist to work on some music tonight. So  far we have 2 songs that are fully structured with the lyrics, melody and  guitar parts. There are 4 others that we're pretty much finished with and  one more that I have the first two verses. The last one is still a concept  and I think we'll try to flesh that one out tonight.
