Help Make My Film Production Journal Entry - November 18, 2003
For the past few days, I've been meeting musicians and listening to their stuff. So far I have found a drummer and guitarist that I like. The last piece is the bass player. I still have a couple of people to meet, but so far the talent I've seen is really good. However, I am holding out for what I'm looking for. I'm not going to start rehearsing with the band until I have all the pieces together. So I'm excited about how everything is coming together. I've been writing a lot of music and everytime I sing the stuff I've been writing, everyone seems to like it. That's a good thing but the true test will be when we're playing live for people. Their response will give me a better indication of what we have.
Well, gotta jet. I have to drop off a script to my friend Vince, the guy with the production company. He's going to read the script and give me any constructive feedback he can to help make sure the production is great. He's the one that will help with the editing and anything else I need that he has to offer.
