THE STALKER JOURNAL

This page has been created just for my fans who have been wondering what's been keeping me busy while I have been trying to make this film. And since Mr. Atabani has continued his behavior and is using his friends to harass me, I might as well let you in on what's been happening in my personal life that has affected this project.

On these pages, you will find my account of what has been happening to me over the past year. These are real-life accounts of the craziness one scary guy has brought into my life. And if you're wondering is this an ex-boyfriend or love-sick fan, the answer is "NO!" He's someone I met while working "FOR FREE" as a volunteer at my boyfriend's condominium! That's right, I said it, I am being stalked & I'm not even getting paid to deal with this wacko!

Let me preface this journal by explaining other reasons for putting this journal on my site. It is not to ridicule or glorify this person because I believe that there is some underlying sickness this man possesses. No, instead my main purpose is to educate others out there who may be experiencing something similar to what I am going through and hopefully show you what needs to be done to end your ordeal. I am still going through it, but this has been a crash course in how to defend myself against someone who has gone as far as to manipulate people into perjuring themselves in court to try to help him get his restraining order dissolved. YES PEOPLE, HE ACTUALLY GOT PEOPLE TO LIE ON HIS BEHALF AND ONE EVEN GOT CAUGHT IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE LYING IN COURT! Fortunately, the judge is a wise man who is only interested in being fair to all parties, but I can't believe I've had to deal with so much for no reason.

So if you live in Florida, you can check online for statutes that can help you protect yourself (click here for a quick link to Florida Statute 784.048 - Stalking  ). Sometimes, you may have to know more than the people you turn to for help because if you get someone who is not familiar with these statutes, they may tell you that some of this behavior may be annoying but not illegal. If you're in other states. go to your state website and look for the statutes of that state. If it doesn't say stalking, try harassment or just read through all of the criminal statutes. I didn't know about this until I began researching what could be done to stop this man's behavior.

Another reason I am revealing this living hell I am going through is because I need to share this with others who care about me. Too often people suffer in silence because they're not sure that speaking out will get them the help they need. I've had people tell me that there's nothing that can be done only to keep asking questions and finally stumbling on the right people who know how to put an end to this nightmare. So there are people who can and will help, you just have to keep asking for help until you find help.

I am also tired of this man trying to take my own film project, which I have worked long and hard to get going, and using it against me by convincing the few idiots stupid enough to listen to his rantings that this site is anything more than a fictional film being made by a real person. Sick but true, I've had a couple of his friends tell me that this is supposed to be a porno site, according to Mr. Atabani. But the real kicker was when I had a neighbor living at "my condo" tell me that I was a "whore and a prostitute on the internet" after Mr. Atabani met the president of my condominium at the Fort Lauderdale courthouse to discuss me with them. According to another board member, this lunatic even fabricated some sort of website on his laptop that he showed my neighbors claiming it was mine and proof of illegal activity. Now if that's not stalking, I don't know what else is.

So I hope that if any of you reading this are going through something similar that you will be able to see that you have rights and there are people who will help. And since I have lost so much time fooling with this mess, I might as well chronicle it for all of you to read. It may take a wihle because I'm writing these journal pages as I get spare time. I have been preoccupied with this nonsense and frankly this man has wasted too much of my time as it is. But I do want you to read how everything came about from beginning to end so you'll know how to handle it if the same thing happens to you.
